Grief is an unavoidable part of the caregiving journey. The loss of a loved one takes many forms—whether through a sudden passing or a gradual decline over time. Each person’s grief experience is unique, yet it is often not openly discussed. This group offers a supportive space to explore and process the grief and ambiguous loss that can accompany caring for someone with dementia, especially in the later stages and beyond. For questions about this program, please contact the Aging & Disability Resource Center of La Crosse County at 608.785.5700. Facilitated by Licensed Counselor Joy and Kelsey, Dementia Care Specialist at the ADRC
